Jennifer Quainton currently serves as vice president of programming for Food Network and Cooking Channel.  Part of the Food Network programming team since 2000, Jen has overseen key day-part scheduling for the brand and been an invaluable member of the programming and production team for over a decade. Since 2009, Quainton has added responsibilities for managing both networks VOD strategy, negotiated acquisitions, as well as overseen all financial and legal matters specific to programming deals.  In her current role, Jen is an esteemed member of the executive team where she oversees all scheduling and development strategy for Cooking Channel, Food Network’s sibling network and Scripps Networks Interactive’s newest lifestyle brand.


Quainton’s career achievements and leadership in the cable industry earned her designation to Women in Cable Telecommunications’ 2010 Rising Leaders Program.  She is also a graduate of Denison University.
